Applicable To Materials
1. Suitable for all types of non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. For dryer powder, the particle size < 8 mesh, with magnetic substances content < 1%;
for wet/slurry material, the particle size < 200 mesh, slurry concentration
< 30% and iron content < 1%.
2. Our electromagnetic separator is engineered for the removal of magnetic substances like iron oxide Fe2O3 or other weakly magnetic impurities in raw ores such as fine-grained or powdery non-metallic minerals (feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder, etc.), and mechanical iron incorporated during processing.
3. It is adept at eliminating weakly magnetic oxides, scaly rust, and other contaminants from powdery materials. Extensively utilized across non-metallic mineral industries including lithium battery materials, photovoltaic materials, refractory materials, ceramics, and glass, as well as in chemicals, pharmaceutical, and food industries for material purification.
4. Additionally, it excels in separating fine-grained mineral particles, such as weakly magnetic fine-grained ferrous metals (hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, chromite, manganese ore, etc.), fine-grained non-ferrous metals (wolframite), and fine-grained rare metals (monazite, etc.).
