1. The separation system absorb magnetic subsatnces on screen mesh when material pass through cavity;
2. The vibration system ensures the smoothly discharge of materials and ferromagnetic impurities through Vibrations of different intensities/strengths;
3. The cooling system keep machine temperature lower than 60 degree to ensure normal working;
4. The discharge system ensures that materials and magnetic impurities are completely separated and discharged through different outlets.

1.: All kinds of non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. for dryer powder. the particle size < 8 mesh. magnetic substances content < 1% ;
for wet/slurry material. the particle size < 200 mesh. slurry concentration
< 30%  and  iron content < 1%.
2. Electromagnetic separator is used for the removal of magnetic substances such as iron oxide Fe2O3 or other weakly magnetic impurities in raw ores like fine-grained or powdery non-metallic minerals (feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder, etc.), as well as mechanical iron mixed in during processing.
3. It is also used for eliminating weakly magnetic oxides, scaly rust, and other contaminants from powdery materials. Widely applied in non-metallic mineral industries such as lithium battery material. photovoltaic material .refractory materials, ceramics, and glass, as well as in chemicals, pharmaceutical, and food industries for material purification.
