1.: Designed for all non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. For dry powder, the ideal particle size < 8 mesh, with magnetic substances content < 1% ;
For wet/slurry materials, the particle size should be < 200 mesh, with slurry concentration
< 30% and iron content < 1%.

The electromagnetic separator excels in removing magnetic impurities, such as iron oxide Fe2O3, from raw ores like fine-grained or powdered non-metallic minerals (e.g., feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder). It also effectively extracts mechanical iron introduced during processing.
