1. The separation system absorb magnetic subsatnces on screen mesh when material pass through cavity;  
2. The vibration system ensures the smoothly discharge of materials and ferromagnetic impurities through Vibrations of different intensities/strengths;  
3. The cooling system keep machine temperature lower than 60 degree to ensure normal working;
4. The discharge system ensures that materials and magnetic impurities are completely separated and discharged through different outlets.

Applicable To Materials
1.: All kinds of non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. for dryer powder. the particle size < 8 mesh. magnetic substances content  < 1% ; 
for wet/slurry material. the particle size < 200 mesh. slurry concentration
< 30%  and  iron content < 1%.
2. Electromagnetic separator is used for the removal of magnetic substances such as iron oxide Fe2O3 or other weakly magnetic impurities in raw ores like fine-grained or powdery non-metallic minerals (feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder, etc.), as well as mechanical iron mixed in during processing.
3. It is also used for eliminating weakly magnetic oxides, scaly rust, and other contaminants from powdery materials. Widely applied in non-metallic mineral industries such as lithium battery material. photovoltaic material .refractory materials, ceramics, and glass, as well as in chemicals, pharmaceutical, and food industries for material purification.
4. Additionally, it is used for separating fine-grained mineral particles, such as weakly magnetic fine-grained ferrous metals (hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, chromite, manganese ore, etc.), fine-grained non-ferrous metals (wolframite), and fine-grained rare metals (monazite, etc.)

6. The magnetic separator I bought before will demagnetize after a long time. What about yours?
Our magnetic field is electrically generated, and it doesn't degausse no matter how long it takes.
7. There are many weak magnetic substances in my material. Can I remove them?
Can remove most of the raw ore iron, magnetic field intensity can reach 22000GS magnetic field
8. I've already used a permanent magnet separator
There is no contradiction. Many companies use permanent magnet equipment for rough processing at the front end and high purification at the back end with our equipment. For your material, the price will be many times higher.
9. How much iron content of my material can be processed by magnetic separation of your company?
The effect of iron removal is related to the composition, fineness, specific gravity, humidity and fluidity of raw ore. For
example, lithium electric materials, the best we can deal with the iron content of 10PPM, that is, only 1 gram of iron content in 100 tons of materials. For quartz sand, the best we can deal with is 100PPM iron, which is only 1 gram of iron in 10 tons of material.
