Applicable To Materials
1. Ideally suited for all types of non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. For dry powder, the acceptable particle size is < 8 mesh, with magnetic substances content < 1%;
for wet/slurry materials, the particle size should be < 200 mesh, with slurry concentration
< 30% and iron content < 1%.
2. The electromagnetic separator excels at eliminating magnetic substances such as iron oxide Fe2O3, or other weakly magnetic impurities from raw ores like fine-grained or powdery non-metallic minerals (e.g., feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder), as well as mechanical iron mixed during processing, thereby enhancing the quality and purity of your materials significantly.
3. It is also used for eliminating weakly magnetic oxides, scaly rust, and other contaminants from powdery materials.
