Materials Applicability
1.: Suitable for diverse non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. For dried powder, the particle size < 8 mesh, with magnetic substances content < 1%;
For wet/slurry material, the particle size < 200 mesh, with slurry concentration
< 30% and iron content < 1%.
2. The electromagnetic separator excels in the removal of magnetic substances, such as iron oxide (Fe2O3) and other weakly magnetic impurities, from raw ores including fine-grained or powdery non-metallic minerals like feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder, and more, as well as mechanical iron mixed during processing.
3. Additionally, it is adept at eliminating weakly magnetic oxides, scaly rust, and other contaminants from powdery materials. It finds widespread application in non-metallic mineral industries, including lithium battery material, photovoltaic material, refractory materials, ceramics, and glass, as well as in the chemicals, pharmaceutical, and food industries for material purification.
4. Furthermore, it is instrumental in separating fine-grained mineral particles, such as weakly magnetic fine-grained ferrous metals like hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, chromite, manganese ore, fine-grained non-ferrous metals such as wolframite, and fine-grained rare metals like monazite, among others.
