Material Compatibility
1.: Suitable for all types of non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. For dry powder, the particle size should be < 8 mesh, with magnetic substance content < 1%;
for wet/slurry materials, the particle size should be < 200 mesh, with slurry concentration
< 30% and iron content < 1%.
2. Our electromagnetic separator is proficient at extracting magnetic substances like iron oxide Fe2O3 and other weakly magnetic impurities from raw ores. This includes fine-grained or powdery non-metallic minerals such as feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder, and more, as well as mechanical iron introduced during processing.
3. It is also remarkably effective in removing weakly magnetic oxides, scaly rust, and other contaminants from powdery materials. This equipment is extensively used in non-metallic mineral industries, including lithium battery materials, photovoltaic materials, refractory materials, ceramics, glass, as well as in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food industries for superior material purification.
4. Furthermore, this separator is employed for the meticulous separation of fine-grained mineral particles. It efficiently targets weakly magnetic fine-grained ferrous metals such as hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, chromite, manganese ore, and more, as well as fine-grained non-ferrous metals like wolframite, and fine-grained rare metals including monazite.
