1. The separation system absorb magnetic subsatnces on screen mesh when material pass through cavity;

Applicable To Materials

1.: All kinds of non-magnetic dry or wet/slurry powder materials. for dryer powder. the particle size < 8 mesh. magnetic substances content < 1% ;

for wet/slurry material. the particle size < 200 mesh. slurry concentration

< 30%  and  iron content < 1%.

Electromagnetic separator is used for the removal of magnetic substances such as iron oxide Fe2O3 or other weakly magnetic impurities in raw ores like fine-grained or powdery non-metallic minerals (feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigments, battery powder, etc.), as well as mechanical iron mixed in during processing.
